Withdraw from a Contract

Customers can use this form to withdraw from a contract concluded with us.

As the existing contact form is being used as a temporary solution, please use the available form fields as follows:

First Name: Enter your first name.
Last Name: Enter your last name.
Email Address: Enter the email address used when placing your order.
Subject: Enter your order number, for example: Withdrawal – Order No. 12345.
Message: Clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
For example, you may use the following wording:

I hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me for the purchase of the goods identified by Order No. [Order Number].

Providing a reason for your withdrawal is optional. You are not required to state a reason.

After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request.
